Max Dudhia



Max Dudhia graduated with Honours in Accountancy and Finance at the University of Houston and qualified as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

From 1984 at Touche Ross and then Arthur Young, Max was involved in audits and tax optimisation. From 1995 he was based in London in corporate finance preparing analyses for private placements of companies for listing on the OFEX market and AIM stock exchange, with portfolios valued at over 600m GBP.

In 1999 Max was engaged as a consultant in the implementation of a global financial management reporting system for an international conglomerate that led him to Poland where since 2003 he has been directly involved in real estate investment and management of Krakow property portfolios, securing and managing investment funds, inherent business and financial strategies, tax optimisation, setting up onshore and offshore investment vehicles, arranging financing including bank loans, refinancing, introduction of equity investors and mezzanine finance, financial and feasibility analysis, budgeting and overseeing investment activities including timely investor reporting from delivery against objectives to active asset and risk management.
